Ski Amis are a family run business which has been operating in the French Alps since 1989. Job Description
The administrator will have a varied role - during the week working in our resort office to support our admin team with general administration tasks and on a Saturday changeover day either driving a transfer minibus to deliver and collect guests from airports and railway stations or in managing the transfer control desk based in our resort office.
Duties will include chasing and updating information in our reservation system, deal with post, vehicle administration, maintaining stock records, maintaining accident logs, office cleaning and general administration support.
In the role of driver, we will make arrangements for the successful candidate to be equipped with a French professional drivers licence which is personal to you and valid for five years.
Required Experience
- You’ll need to have a cheerful personality and be extremely flexible along with having an eye for detail and accuracy to give an efficient service to the admin function and our guests.
- Lots of common sense and ability to work on own initiative
- An eye for detail and accuracy
- Administration skills - experience in the use if Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word with an eye for good document layout and presentation
- Good telephone manner
- Driving experience for at least two years - experience of driving a minibus or larger vehicle would be an advantage
- Team player

- £400 per month basic salary plus expected monthly bonus of £500 if the individual and team are on target

Eligibility
All applicants must be in possession of an EU passport or work permit for the UK and an EXISTING permanent UK national insurance number.
Due to motor insurance requirements, only applicants over 21 years of age will be considered – there is no maximum age limit.
