As airport coordinator your role will be overseeing all operational and guest related aspects of the running of the airport and transfer coaches. Holding daily meetings with staff involved in the arrivals/ departures and ensuring all company paperwork is completed on time and accurately.
You will deputise for the Resort Manager on their day off and assist with the smooth running of Day Breaks. Organising and attending the Lapland Dinner Shows in Rovaniemi or assisting with the Gala Dinners in Saariselka is an additional part of the role.
You will need to be self-motivated and confident in your own abilities, with excellent organisational, time management, communication and inter-personal skills and the ability to lead a team.
Required Experience
• Hospitality and customer service experience
• Management and supervisory skills
• Full clean driving licence
