The Area Manager is ultimately responsible for the smooth running of the Overseas Operation and managing a team of Resort Manager, who in turn manage a team of Chalet hosts.
The position will suit a highly motivated individual who is adaptable, has good management skills and enjoys troubleshooting.
Excellent interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to motivate teams remotely in order to ensure that the service standards and customer service is kept at a maximum during the entire season.
A good command of French and experience in a similar role useful, however not essential.
Required Experience: Proven ability in the catering industry and full clean driving licence.
