Working alongside the Area Manager and taking responsibility for the training of overseas campsite staff within a designated geographical area, ensuring the best possible standards of customer care at all times, thereby achieving the customer satisfaction levels.Your duties will mainly involve assisting the Training team by taking part and delivering training sessions.Assist in taking the responsibility for the welfare and performance of all staff on site.Assist in the monitoring of on-site staff training and general staff development.Assist the Area Manager in ensuring that all administration tasks with regards to training and development are completed accurately and on time.You will need to work in a flexible manner at all times.
