Our chalets are in the French Alps in a number of good quality resorts in the Three Valleys and Paradiski areas. Job description:
We are looking for a chalet supervisor/team leader, reporting to the Resort Manager, to lead the team hosting our large "Chalet Christine" in La Tania. You will manage the team, which consists of a chef/chalet cook and two chalet hosts to provide breakfast, afternoon tea and a three course evening meal for our guests.

The team will need to carry out daily room cleaning, weekly turnaround of the chalet and socialising with the guests and generally looking after their needs during their stay with you. Your role as supervisor/team leader will mean creating rotas and dividing work fairly as well as actively carrying out the work yourself along with your staff. You will also be responsible for the chalet administration and liaison with resort service suppliers.

Minimum qualifications / experience:

  • Natural leader able to motivate and lead a team of people in an efficient way to maximise ski time for everyone
  • Experience in the hospitality industry preferred
  • Appreciation of quality customer service
  • Team player who leads by example

All applicants MUST have an existing UK national insurance number and either an EU passport or work permit for the UK.

Minimum age 21 and a full driving licence held for more than 2 years as you will be required to drive the company vehicles.

We provide:

  • £425 per month paid in the UK
  • season ski pass for Courchevel
  • live-in accommodation in a single room

  • ski equipment rental for the season

  • one full day off per week (with someone who comes in to cover your chalet) plus plenty of free ski time for the organised team!
