The cricket coach is responsible for leading their own group of children through a range of prescribed cricket coaching, themed activities and games. They also need to ensure the health, safety and enjoyment of the group in your care. It's so good that many children aged 5-12yrs return year after year. We actively seek to reward staff by promoting from within our teams, staff satisfaction is high and many return year after year.
