The purpose of this role is to ensure the effective, efficient and compliant recruitment and on-going welfare of all our in-resort temporary seasonal staff.  Reporting to the European Product Delivery Manager and based in Dunfermline, the ideal candidate will have CIPD Certificate in Personnel Practice or be working towards it.  Proven experience and knowledge of the travel industry and recruitment will be an advantage, as will fluency in French or Dutch.
