Site Managers are responsible for the day-to-day running of our largest sites in the programme, Site Managers must possess strong leadership, organisational and particularly motivational skills and should have had at least one years experience in the camping industry, as well as previous supervisory experience.Site Managers are responsible for drawing up weekly rotas to ensure an even distribution of workload, training and motivating staff, as well as overseeing the general welfare of the team by regularly monitoring their performance and setting objectives. Site Managers must ensure the highest standard of customer service is provided at all times.Site Managers will be expected to work very closely with their Area Managers, during montage and demontage and they may be required to lead the montage / demontage team.After working for one or two seasons as Site Managers, many come back to Canvas as Area Managers.
