Carlingford Adventure Centre – where good times come naturally

Here at Carlingford Training and Development we utilise the outdoors to deliver learning experiences that focus on developing skills essential to organisational success.

We offer organisations a variety of options, from the more formal organisational training & team development workshops, to fun outdoor adventure days and residential breaks.

In 1990 the old bonded warehouse that encircles the local Mint Castle was carefully restored by Tom & Mary McArdle and converted into Carlingford Adventure Centre, offering you the perfect mix of medieval character with modern comfortable facilities.

We are looking for people to join our team who are highly motivated, enjoy working outdoors, have good team spirit and interact well with adults and children.
