    Mountain Highs is an independent well-established small chalet company operating exclusively in Morzine, France. The company was formed in 1995 and has a good reputation for its relaxed but well-organised ski and summer holidays.
    We operate one catered chalet (Rasera, sleeps 16-20) in Morzine in the winter, for which we employ 2 full time chalet hosts, and we also have a wide range of self-catered chalets and apartments from 2-bedroomed apartments to 6-bedroomed chalets at reasonable rates.  We also run a property management service, looking after apartments and chalets on behalf of the owners.
    We employ a full time Resort Manager / Ski Guide (for which we are not recruiting this year as our employee will be returning to work for us again) and we are also recruiting for a Resort Assistant, who will assist the Resort Manager with self-catered changeovers and also help in Chalet Rasera.

    We have a good reputation for looking after our staff well; having run chalets ourselves for many years, we expect high standards and we reward people well for jobs well done.
