What you’ll be doing:
You will be responsible for meeting and greeting guests from the Airport and escorting them to their prospective hotels. You will be on hand to assist in any problems that may occur whilst they are on holiday so you will need to be a good problem solver. You will also be holding Welcome Meetings for all new guests and selling the company excursions / products that we have available to guests in resort. A good sales background would be very helpful. Once the guests are in resort you are responsible for making sure they get the best from their holiday. You may be required to guide on excursions which could be to the local water-park or on an evening bar crawl. You would have to be able to work well by yourself and as part of a team when necessary. You will need to be friendly, outgoing and approachable to be the frontline to all of our guests so with the correct attitude, flexibility you could be what we are looking for in promoting our holiday and good reputation overseas.
What we can offer you:
We will offer an Overseas Consultant’s training course prior to going to resort for our new Consultants with ongoing Training in resort. On completion of your first Summer (or first six months) you will be entitled to use concessions on Cosmos or Archers holidays. We will book you return flights to and from resort and you will have company accommodation (which may be shared). We will supply a full uniform and a competitive salary (monthly, paid in arrears) and payment of your national insurance contributions.
What we’re looking for:
- Good customer service background with a minimum of one years experience.
- Able to work unsociable hours with plenty of stamina

- Knowledge of a foreign language (preferable)
Essential requirements:
- Over 21 with a full clean driving licence
- Previous work within a sales environment
- UK bank account and NI number
- Must be available for work from now until October 2008
