You will have a passion for food, and be committed to a career as a chef.  Previous work experience in a kitchen/hospitality environment would be desirable, but more important is the desire to learn and progress in the industry.  We operate an extremely busy kitchen and you will thrive on working under pressure and delivering 4 star standards of food in a volume catering environment.
