Food & Beverage Assistants

We are looking for full time food and beverage assistants for our Meikle restaurant, which is our formal dining experience within the hotel.  You will have high standards and you will thrive on working under pressure and delivering 4 star standards of food and service in a volume catering environment.  You will be setting up for and serving breakfasts, lunches and dinners and you will be upselling and clearing tables.
Previous bar/ waiting experience is desirable, but more importantly are excellent communication and customer service skills.
