We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to work in an incredibly busy waterfront restaurant and bar. You should be well versed in cooking all manner of seafood as well as food for the fairly relaxed menu. You can expect to be cooking up to 300 covers on a Sunday lunch time and you must have experience in a similar establishment.
